We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage general company office matters and daily office operations (e.g. purchase pantry item, distribution of mail and packages etc)
- Maintain relationships with vendors and building management
- Source and work closely with vendors for office related maintenance and repairs
- Support in employee activities & festive event : including office events, to build team spirit and a play hard, work hard culture
- Manage of office pantry and office equipment purchases
- IT Support (install, configure, manage IT assets) to users, both based locally and regionally
- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs
- Resolving logged errors in a timely manner
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics
- Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security
- Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support
- Ensure all IT devices and assets are compliant with latest installations/ patches
Requirements
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, training will be provided.
- Keen & willing to learn and hands on with all the office administrator matter
- Have the ability to work independently with a proactive approach and the versatility to take on range of responsibilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Passionate about technology, Fintech and the retail space
- Strong interpersonal skills with high energy
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
